Drugstore favorite Rimmel has a few new products to covet this spring, including a new mascara formulation, a new foundation, lip glosses, and new eyeshadow quads and trios.
First up is their new Glam’Eyes Day 2 Night mascara: Get two dramatically different lash looks with one mascara from Glam’Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara—choose defined length for day or intense volume for night. Choose the pink cap for up to 75% more length and the black cap for up to 12X more volume. The buildable formula allows you to create the look you want for day or night. I’ve always liked this idea – choosing how much product you can dispense in one application.
Next is the new Moisture Renew Lip Gloss SPF 15: Chock full of moisture-boosting collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamins A, C and E, this groundbreaking formula reduces dryness by 95% while shielding lips from the sun’s damaging rays with SPF 15. No word yet on exactly how many shades this line is going to contain, but after seeing a few “in the wild” photos circulating out there, it will be pretty comprehensive.
Also new is Rimmel’s Match Perfection Foundation. This groundbreaking foundation gives skin a truer, fresher color that blends seamlessly into skin for undetectable coverage that goes on smooth and lasts all day. The foundation incorporates the latest breakthroughs in skin science with SPF 15 to protect skin and a one-of-a-kind trio of skin tone matching complexes, including Smart-Tone® Technology to mimics skin’s natural texture and tone, Oxygen Complex to help skin breathe and Blue Sapphire Complex to fight yellow undertones. Available in six shades.
Lastly are the new Glam’Eyes Eye Shadow Trios and Quads. Glam’Eyes eye shadow palettes are quilted and embossed with the Rimmel London crown and housed in sleek, modern compacts for trend-setting, Brit-girl style. With shades ranging from daytime demure to notice-me, night-out brights, there’s an eye shadow quad and trio for every look. Many of the quads seem geared towards creating a smokey eye, while the trios are a more traditional combination of colors.
