I’ll admit it – I’ve been stalking this product in this specific color since it came out this past fall. I had only seen pictures and read descriptions, and just from that I knew I had to try it out, but my local Sephora can be pretty worthless when it comes to new products. Either they just don’t get them or they sell out within 30 minutes of being placed on the floor and people steal the samples, I’m not sure which. Probably a combination of above. At any rate, I finally got my hands on the Urban Decay Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Adrenaline because I needed to see it in person before ordering it online:
Oh, and it is just as lovely as I thought it would be. So, so pretty.
While the color is gorgeous (there really are sparkles in this product!), the absolute best part of this product is the long wear. I have never had a shiny glossy lip color last as long as this one.
The pencil format makes it really easy to apply. I wore it this past New Year’s Eve, and only had to reapply it once or twice throughout the night.
Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color is exclusive to Sephora, and retails at $19. There are seven gorgeous colors to choose from besides the one I have, called Adrenaline (which is considered to be a bright fuchsia sparkle) including:
- Apocalypse: deep plum
- Big Bang: bright pink sparkle
- Crush: hot pink
- Fbomb: bright red cream
- Love Child: pale pink
- Punch Drink: bright orange cream
All of them are gorgeous colors, and I will probably end up purchasing Fbomb and Crush.
