Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief – Haiti, NYC 2010 Fashion Show
“Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief” is back at New York Fashion Week, and will be front and center on February 12, 2010. 100% of the funds raised at this year’s event will go towards CARE to raise funds to rebuild Haiti’s healthcare system for mothers and babies.
The event will be hosted by Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, and all fashions will be auctioned online at Net-a-Portier. American Express cardholders will be able to purchase tickets February 5 at Ticketmaster for $100 and $150.
Naomi Campbell says, “I am deeply saddened by the recent tragedy in Haiti. So many have been killed and severely affected by the earthquake – women and children in particular are most vulnerable in disasters. Fashion is universal, personal and touches everyone. Our aim is to use this season’s catwalk shows in New York to reach people and help raise crucial funds to help save the lives of women and children.”
