The term “femme fatale” was heard more than a few times this season at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, and I am always glad to see more structured feminine looks. Of course, my favorite era of fashion was the late 50′s to mid-60′s, and those shapes will probably always appeal to me.

Chadwick Bell sent many femme fatales down the runway this season with a twist: these amazingly put together woman had a flaw, making them even more interesting. The hair looks as if she fell asleep on the ride home, and her clothes look vaguely 80s. Some might argue that it isn’t his strongest collection, but I found it interesting.
