It’s more than just a status symbol: a beautifully designed watch can add a great deal to a man’s outfit, especially since men don’t accessorize the way women do.
My husband has always worn a watch, for various different reasons. Mostly he got into the habit when he was flying for the Navy, and I can’t think of a time that he doesn’t have one on, unless he’s out racing his motocross bike on the weekends. He has a variety of them, and considers them as important to his outfit as I consider the right pair of shoes.

New York based designer Rebecca Minkoff will be launching an exclusive collection at Saks Fifth Avenue. Shapes include drawstring bucket bags, oversized classic totes, and side saddle messenger bags in her signature exotic skins crafted in an entirely new shape.

Which is cuter? Obvs baby Tabitha is, but still. Speaking as a mom, I’m always thrilled when I see new moms still looking good – it was not easy for me. Now I know SJP has nannies, which make it easier to do everything. I’m more than a little jealous about that. However, she looks like a hands-on mom, which is always good to see.

I’m going to go ahead and admit it: I’m a fiend for handbags. All accessories, really, but handbags are my special love. I don’t actually own as many as people think I do – only 9, but they are mercilessly edited. Nor do I stick only to extremely high-priced bags, two in my current collection are designer lines by Target. I have a black Gucci bag that is circa 1988, that my mother brought back from Italy when she was an international flight attendant for TWA, as well as a 1989 LV bag that came from Paris. I don’t carry these, however, because I would die if something spilled on them.
