Tom Ford sold his “Self Portrait” in purple by Andy Warhol at auction this week, and it took in far more than the estimated 10 to 15 million. It went for a nice 32.6 million.

Beyond the Rack is having a Tom Ford sunglasses event from now until March 13. Included in the sale are the glasses I have been coveting ever since I rented them from Avelle: the Whitney. Priced at $199 down from $340, it’s an amazing deal. Now I just need to figure out where I can find an extra $200 in the next two days. I might have to sell off something.
